AGV batteries

On an AGV the battery carries travel and load along a driverless path; watering is not tied to an operator break. Three things belong on the desk: path length or tour time, whether charge is opportunity pads or a night bank, and tray millimetres. Chemistry and the PzS tubular-plate range live on the traction battery family; a stock code is not picked here. A forklift shift tray and a stacker straddle well are different rhythms.

How a driverless path works the battery

An automated guided vehicle (AGV) moves a pallet or a tug load on a path without a cab. Charge is written as an opportunity pad or a night bank; a driver break is not assumed. PzS names the tubular plate inside the cell — it is not a pack cell count. C5 rows live on the code scan.

Do not invent ampere-hours here. How to write the quote list is on the opportunity-charge and path-length guide.

Opportunity pads, night bank and tray millimetres

Write yes or no for charge on an in-path pad versus a bank at the end of the tour. Path length or tour time stays a qualitative question; capacity is not produced. Compartment length-width-height sits in millimetres. Voltage is the published class on the vehicle; 24 V, 48 V and 80 V are example inputs.

A tray photo speeds fit. Do not invent millimetres you did not measure. A neighbouring path’s tour time is not copied onto this body.

Is there a watering window on the path

If flooded PzS care can still reach the water level when the AGV stops, the job may map to flooded tubular plates. A cabless body that never parks is not forced into a house VRLA box; chemistry is not locked until watering access is written.

Acid and ventilation are discussed at the stop the path still allows. A watering interval or a cycle-life number is not published here.

Forklift shifts, stacker legs and other desks

A counterbalance forklift wants a driver shift and tray millimetres; an AGV does not carry an operator break. A stacker writes straddle-leg width and lift height. A reach mast puts the pallet past the rack face. Solar boxes and a price list are other talks — do not open those files from a driverless path.

Frequently asked questions

Does an opportunity pad replace a night bank?
It does not. A pad is a short contact on the path; a night bank is a stop at the end of the tour. Both sit as yes-or-no on the same list and do not produce ampere-hours. Tour time stays a qualitative question. Voltage class comes from the vehicle document. PzS is the tubular plate inside the cell. A quote opens when the charge path and tray millimetres sit down.
Does a forklift shift stand in for AGV tour time?
It does not. A forklift shift describes an operator break and night charge. An AGV path runs without a cab; stops are written as pads or a bank. The same traction family may be used; the rhythm is not shared. A neighbouring path’s tour is not pasted onto this body. Ampere-hours are not invented on this line. Chemistry stays on the family page.
Does path length replace tray millimetres?
It does not. Path length or tour time asks how long the load stays on the move; the compartment wants millimetres of body volume. The two inputs sit side by side. Opportunity-charge yes-or-no changes care acceptance, not fit millimetres. An empty millimetre puts an unfit pack on the table. Codes are read on the models index.
Is a lithium AGV kit the default here?
No. The published AGV job may look at flooded tubular-plate traction; it is not locked until watering access is written. Lithium drop-in, a price band and stock are absent from this path. Stacker straddle legs and a forklift tray are other desks. A pack name opens when the charge path and millimetres sit down.
